• All PURCHASEs are required through the CML e-Part Store; delivery location, such as non-Taiwan Island, freight charge separately.
• If purchase of less than 20 barrels or 4 drums of oil, customers need to pick up by themselves. The rest will deliver to the designated location in near future.
• If the amount of the prize is more than NT $ 1,000, the winner shall declare the proceeds and pay the identity certificate as the tax return certificate. If the prize value exceeds NT $ 20,000, the winner will be required to pay 10% charge of winning the prize. Income tax (20% for income from overseas or non – local residents).
• In the case of the prize, the organizer shall deduct the income tax in advance; for the prizes, the taxpayer shall pay the tax on the winning goods and reluctance to pay income tax is deemed to give up.
